Kayli Montoya-Huston

Co-Owner & CEO, Virë

Kayli Montoya-Huston’s journey into wellness began during one of the most challenging seasons of her life, where she discovered the transformative power of strength training, consistency, and accountability. Since 2016, she has dedicated her career to helping women move away from extremes and build sustainable, confidence-driven lifestyles through her work as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and owner of Kayli Montoya Fitness.

Drawn to sauna and contrast therapy for both its physical and mental benefits, Kayli co-founded Virë to bring a new kind of wellness experience to her community, one centered on intentional reset and lasting impact. Her goal is simple: to help people leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

Julie Montoya-Huston

Co-Owner & CMO, Virë

Julie Montoya-Huston combines creative direction, marketing strategy, and hands-on wellness experience to shape both the brand and client experience at Virë. With a background in photojournalism, graphic design, and communication, she has spent nearly a decade helping businesses build meaningful, authentic brands through her work as a Creative Director and founder of H&M Designs.

Her connection to wellness is deeply personal, having lost over 100 pounds and discovered strength training during a pivotal time in her life. As a certified nutrition and mindset coach, and pursuing sauna certification, Julie plays an active role in both operations and client experience. She is the creative force behind Virë’s calm, elevated brand and is passionate about bringing a new level of wellness to her hometown.

Jonathan Huston

Co-Owner & Director of Infrastructure & Operations, Virë

Jonathan Huston leads infrastructure and operations at Virë, overseeing transportation, setup, and the seamless execution of each sauna experience. With a background in woodworking and hands-on technical work, he brings a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach to every aspect of the build and operation.

Known for his reliability and efficiency, Jonathan takes pride in creating a safe, well-prepared environment for every session. He views his role as the foundation of the Virë experience; ensuring everything is in place so each guest can fully relax and enjoy the moment.

Billy Huston leads client experience at Virë, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and fully taken care of from the moment they arrive. With a background in customer service and team leadership, he brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to each interaction.

Known for his attentive and easygoing nature, Billy takes pride in creating a smooth, supportive environment where clients can truly relax. He believes the experience is built in the details: listening well, anticipating needs, and delivering a level of care that keeps people coming back.
